Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity invites a skilled clinical pharmacist to oversee and manage an inpatient pharmacy operation with a hands-on approach. The role offers a unique 7 on/7 off schedule designed to provide balanced work-life integration, with shifts alternating between days and nights throughout the workweek.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately fill and dispense medications in an inpatient setting Perform final verifications ensuring the highest standards of patient safety Conduct immediate use compounding outside of the clean room environment Manage daily pharmacy operations as if it were your own, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies
Schedule:
Seven days on, seven days off rotation Weekday shifts: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Weekend shifts: 6:00 PM to 6:00
AM Qualifications and Experience:
Active and clear Missouri Pharmacist license required Recent compounding experience is essential Previous inpatient pharmacy experience is preferred New graduates with recent inpatient rotation experience are encouraged to apply
