Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, medication stocking, and prescription processing. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., Controlled Substance Act, HIPAA). Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care Support and expand clinical services to better serve the community Train pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other support staff to ensure a high level of patient care and pharmacy efficiency. Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.Qualifications:
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships. Passion for the impact of independent pharmacies on patient care and communities. Experience in leadership or pharmacy management preferred. Willingness to travel as needed for pharmacy support and professional development. Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within the field. Heartfelt dedication to serving patients and prioritizing their health and well-being.Education/Licenses:
