Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, medication stocking, and prescription processing. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., Controlled Substance Act, HIPAA). Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care Support and expand clinical services to better serve the community Train pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other support staff to ensure a high level of patient care and pharmacy efficiency. Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Experience in leadership or pharmacy management preferred. Willingness to travel as needed for pharmacy support and professional development. Education/Licenses:

Current State of Montana Pharmacist License (Required)

Requirements:

This position may require occassional travel to other 406 Rx, PLLC pharmacy locations for coverage and operational support. Remote support for additional sites may also be required based on business needs.
