Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to support a small 40-bed rehabilitation hospital located in Billings, Montana. This contract position offers a 13+ week assignment with an immediate start, providing consistent Monday through Friday day shifts in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently. Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to provide expert pharmaceutical consultation. Conduct pharmacokinetic assessments to optimize patient medication regimens. Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current Montana pharmacy license. Experience in an inpatient or hospital pharmacy setting. Ability to work full-time with a flexible, team-focused approach. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
