Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem An experienced Infusion Pharmacist is needed to support a dynamic pharmacy operation in Greensboro, NC. This per diem contract role offers immediate shifts with the potential for a long-term or permanent position. Candidates with a solid background in home infusion and sterile compounding will excel in this fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Greensboro, NC Job Type:
Per Diem (Contract with potential to convert to permanent)
Schedule:
Immediate shifts: April 8, 9, 10 Week of April 27 - May 1: Minimum two days Additional dates to be confirmed, generally a few days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify medication orders specifically for infusion therapies Oversee preparation and dispensing of sterile compounded medications Ensure strict compliance with USP and standards Provide clinical drug information and support to healthcare staff and patients Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain workflow efficiency and patient safety Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing Recent experience in infusion or home infusion pharmacy practice Proficiency in sterile compounding practices Thorough knowledge of USP and regulations Ability to work independently with adaptability in a fast-paced setting
Additional Information:
