Healthcare / Infusion Pharmacy Job Description Soliant is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire opportunity supporting the opening of a new ambulatory infusion center north of Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a unique leadership role with a growing organization that operates multiple infusion centers and home infusion services across several states. The Pharmacy Manager will play a key role in establishing and overseeing daily pharmacy operations in a newly launched site. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with infusion pharmacy experience who can help build workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a high standard of patient care from day one. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the infusion pharmacy Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Maintain safe and effective medication preparation and dispensing processes Support development of workflows and operational procedures for a new site Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership teams Ensure high-quality patient care and medication safety standards Act as a working leader within a small, startup-style pharmacy team Skills Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup clinical environment Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance knowledge Ability to develop processes and implement best practices Qualifications Active North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing Minimum 2 years of infusion pharmacy experience required Prior pharmacy management experience highly preferred Experience Experience in infusion pharmacy (outpatient or home infusion) required Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Experience working in multi-site infusion or specialty pharmacy settings a plus Education Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent from an accredited institution Work Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time schedule Additional Performance-based bonus eligibility Cell phone allowance included This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding infusion organization and help launch a new pharmacy site from the ground up while stepping into a key leadership role.
