This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced pharmacy professional ready to oversee a growing ambulatory infusion center.

Concord, NC Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily pharmacy operations ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with all state and federal regulations. Supervise and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Oversee safe and effective medication management tailored to infusion care patients. Support development and implementation of policies and procedures in a new pharmacy setting.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in an infusion pharmacy setting. Prior management experience within infusion services is highly preferred. Current, active pharmacy license in North Carolina in good standing. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to build and maintain cooperative relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
