Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead the daily operations of a newly established ambulatory infusion pharmacy north of Charlotte, NC. This direct hire position is ideal for a professional with strong leadership skills and a background in infusion pharmacy settings, eager to contribute to the success of a new site opening.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflow and exemplary patient care Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, fostering teamwork and collaboration Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Promote safe medication practices and maintain high standards of patient care Support and develop a cohesive team environment that encourages productive working relationships

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in an infusion pharmacy setting; infusion management experience highly preferred Current and valid NC Pharmacy license in good standing Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to work effectively as both a leader and team member Commitment to quality patient care and regulatory compliance

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive compensation package under negotiation.
