Job Description

We?re hiring an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to play a key role in supporting patients receiving care in our Oncology Infusion Center. In this highly specialized position, you?ll help ensure every patient receives safe, effective, and personalized medication therapy-while also partnering closely with providers and leading clinical pharmacy initiatives within the infusion setting.
Work Schedule Shift:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM (no weekends / consistent schedule) What you?

residents and pharmacy students Who you are A licensed pharmacist with strong clinical experience in oncology or infusion-based care Knowledgeable in chemotherapy protocols, oncology medications, and safe handling practices Collaborative and confident working across multidisciplinary teams Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient safety and quality outcomes Passionate about improving the patient experience through education and clinical expertise PGY1 Residency or PGY2 Oncology Residency or BCOP Department Description The outpatient oncology pharmacy department provides direct clinical services within our ambulatory oncology clinics and infusion centers, working collaboratively with oncologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Clinical services are integrated into multidisciplinary oncology workflows, with pharmacists contributing to treatment optimization, medication safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
