  • Friday, 1st Shift with Weekend/Holiday Rotation What You Will Do Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Process medication orders and prescriptions from physicians and nurses.
Supervise technicians to ensure timely and accurate medication dispensing, optimizing staff utilization. Deliver pharmaceutical care for optimal patient outcomes. Contribute to quality improvement efforts through teamwork. Continuously update and document skills and knowledge. Maintain documentation for compliance with standards and regulations. Set personal goals to support departmental objectives. Provide age-appropriate care following guidelines. Foster a cooperative work environment through effective communication and teamwork. What We Are Looking For Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) is required. Current state pharmacist license in good standing through North Carolina Board of Pharmacy is required. Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency and PGY2 in Internal Medicine, Pharmacotherapy, Ambulatory Care or relevant clinical experience is preferred. Board Certification is preferred.
