• Pharmacist Job Type Contract Join a reputable grocery store pharmacy in Omaha, Nebraska, as a part-time Retail Pharmacist on an ongoing contract assignment.

This role offers a flexible, two-week rotating schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance, with options for adjustments based on your availability and pharmacy needs.

Schedule:

Week 1: Sunday 10:00 AM

• 2:00 PM; Tuesday and Friday 9:00 AM
• 7:00 PM (24 hours total) Week 2: Tuesday 9:00 AM
• 7:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM
• 5:00 PM (17 hours total)

Responsibilities:

Verify prescription accuracy to ensure patient safety Provide thorough patient counseling regarding medication usage and side effects Oversee pharmacy workflow and support pharmacy technicians to maintain efficiency Comply with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications:

Active Nebraska Pharmacist license in good standing Recent retail pharmacy experience is preferred Excellent communication and customer service abilities Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team Willingness to remain flexible with the schedule as needed Experience with McKesson Enterprise is a plus but not mandatory This contract position is ideal for pharmacists seeking a consistent part-time schedule with the potential for flexibility.
