Precision Compounding Pharmacy in Omaha, NE has an exciting flexible part-time opportunity available.
BUSINESS HOURS
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (No Weekends or Evenings) Precision Compounding Pharmacy is a leading compounding facility committed to delivering customized, patient-specific medications. We collaborate closely with healthcare providers to develop tailored formulations across various specialties, including pain management, dermatology, pediatrics, and veterinary care. Our focus is on creating therapeutic solutions that enhance patients' quality of life. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a specialized pharmacy environment. As a Pharmacist at our facility, you will ensure the safe and effective preparation of compounded medications, provide exceptional patient care, and support healthcare providers develop unique formulations that solve complex therapeutic conditions . You will see the direct results of your work in helping patients achieve better health through customized care.Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care and customer service Interacts effectively with prescribing practitioners to help ensure accurate and appropriate medication use Review medication orders Performs in-process and final checks of compounded products for accuracy and safety Final verification of dispensed products Provide counseling to patients regarding their medications to support appropriate and effective drug use Comply with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the State Board of Pharmacy, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Food and Drug Administration Perform all job duties with a friendly positive and team-oriented approach Maintain required licenses or certifications in good standing Comply with all Company policies, procedures, rules, and standards A position such as this needs a certain kind of person.
