Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract This position is for an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to support a rural hospital setting. The role primarily involves independent work, including weekends, within a facility offering ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department services.

Location:

Berlin, NH (rural setting; housing considerations required) Candidates must reside 50+ miles from the facility

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (7:00/7:30 a.m. to 4:30/5:00 p.m.) Rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend) Saturday/Sunday shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Essential Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of pharmacy experience Previous hospital experience required, preferably in a Critical Access Hospital Ability to work independently, especially on weekends Familiarity with Meditech pharmacy systems preferred Knowledge of Omnicell technology is a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to inpatient units including ICU, L&D, M/S, and ED Manage medication dispensing and ensure compliance with hospital protocols Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes Cover weekend shifts independently, maintaining high standards of practice
