  • Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity is for an Inpatient Pharmacist to support a hospital setting providing critical care across multiple departments including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency.
The role requires a dedicated professional capable of working independently, especially during weekend shifts.
Location:
Berlin, NH Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM
  • 4:30/5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Rotating weekends every third week Saturday/Sunday shifts from 8:00 AM
  • 1:00

Contract Responsibilities:
Prepare and dispense medications accurately to inpatient units Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize medication therapy Manage inventory and ensure safe storage of pharmaceuticals Provide clinical consultation for ICU, L&D, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency departments Utilize Meditech and Omnicell systems for medication management Work independently during weekend shifts to maintain pharmacy operations
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience Proficient with Meditech pharmacy system; familiarity with Omnicell is advantageous Ability and willingness to work autonomously, particularly on weekend shifts Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy practice and clinical services Excellent communication and problem-solving skills This contract position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic hospital environment, supporting diverse patient populations.
