Pharmacist - Per Diem

You will collaborate closely with providers, support vulnerable populations including Veterans and individuals experiencing homelessness, and help ensure patients receive safe, effective, and accessible care. This role offers flexibility while giving you the opportunity to practice at the top of your license - providing clinical services, supporting care teams, and building trusted relationships with patients.

What You'll Do:

Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulationsProvide clinical services including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM)Collaborate with providers to support optimal patient outcomesSupervise pharmacy support staff and ensure smooth daily operationsDeliver exceptional, patient-centered service and counselingSupport compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards At Harbor Care, you'll be part of an innovative organization integrating healthcare, housing, and supportive services to create real pathways out of homelessness.
