PM Key Responsibilities:

Ensure pharmacy compliance with all state and federal laws, oversee investigations into any improper activity. Manage, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians. Develop and enforce policies related to medication dispensing, safety, and security. Maintain accurate inventory records, with special attention to controlled substances. Lead patient safety initiatives, performance improvement programs, and quality assurance measures. Provide patient counseling to support medication understanding and adherence.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license. Minimum of 2 years' management experience in a pharmacy setting. At least 3 years of recent community pharmacy experience preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required. Familiarity with Pioneer RX software. Comfortable managing a daily prescription volume of 20-25 scripts.
