• Staff Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Staff Pharmacist to work in a closed-door, long-term care facility.

This role focuses on maintaining medication safety and efficiency in a high-volume environment, serving roughly 600 prescriptions daily.

Shift and Schedule:

Evening Shift:

Monday through Friday, 4:00pm

• 12:30am Rotating every third weekend Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday from either 11:00am
• 9:00pm or 1:00pm
• 10:00pm Required to work a minimum of one summer holiday and one winter holiday

Key Responsibilities:

Perform initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided) Oversee and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate dispensing Dispense medications accurately and safely Manage workflow to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license Previous pharmacy experience, preferably in a high-volume or long-term care environment Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy Willingness to learn and adapt to new software tools
