A pharmacy leadership opportunity is available for a bilingual Pharmacist in Charge with a strong background in community pharmacy. This role requires a dedicated professional to oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of patient care.

Clementon, NJ Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday, 9:00 AM - 1:00
PM Core Responsibilities:
Ensure the pharmacy complies with all state and federal regulations, leading investigations on any improper activities. Manage, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, promoting a cohesive team environment. Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures related to medication dispensing, safety, and security. Oversee inventory management, maintaining accurate medication records and proper storage practices, with particular attention to controlled substances. Enhance patient safety by implementing quality assurance and performance improvement programs and providing patient counseling.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active and clear New Jersey pharmacist license. Minimum of 2 years' management experience in a pharmacy setting. At least 3 years of recent community pharmacy experience preferred. Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population. Proficiency with Pioneer RX pharmacy computer system.
Additional Information:
Prescription volume averages 20-25 scripts per day, supported by a strong pharmacy technician team. Open to contract, contract-to-hire, or other employment arrangements, providing flexibility to candidates.
