• Staff Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire An opportunity is available for two Evening Shift Staff Pharmacists to support a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) facility operating in a high-volume setting.

This direct hire role is based in Clementon, New Jersey, with a schedule designed to cover critical evening hours.

• 2:30 AM Every other weekend rotation Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, either 11:00 AM
• 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM
• 10:00

PM Responsibilities:

Conduct initial medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided) Perform final medication reviews and checks to ensure accuracy and compliance Oversee pharmacy technicians during the shift to maintain operational efficiency Dispense medications accurately and timely Manage a volume of roughly 600 prescriptions per day, maintaining speed and precision

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license Proven pharmacy experience, particularly within fast-paced, high-volume environments Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail This direct hire position offers the chance to contribute to quality patient care within a dedicated LTC environment.
