• Staff Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Staff Pharmacist to work in a closed-door, long-term care facility.

This role offers a consistent mid-shift schedule with a focus on high-volume prescription management in a supportive environment.

Monday to

Friday:

1:00 pm

• 9:30 pm Rotating every 3rd weekend Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, either 11:00 am
• 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm
• 10:00 pm Minimum requirement: 1 summer and 1 winter holiday worked annually

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and final medication reviews utilizing the Frameworks software system (training provided) Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure accuracy in dispensing medications Manage approximately 600 prescriptions per day efficiently and accurately Maintain compliance with facility protocols and state regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

Active and unrestricted NJ Pharmacist license Prior experience in pharmacy, preferably in a high-volume setting Demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy Strong attention to detail and leadership skills in supervising support staff This direct hire role is ideal for pharmacists seeking a structured mid-shift position within a closed-door LTC environment with the opportunity to utilize and grow skills using established pharmacy software.
