Clinical Pharmacist, Infectious Diseases - Full Time

The Clinical Pharmacist Infectious Diseases, is responsible for involvement in the clinical aspects of pharmaceutical patient care, including interaction with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in order to optimize the care of patients in Infectious Diseases.

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1. Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with a minimum of a Pharm.

D. degree. 2. Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency program with two years of pharmacy residency training PGY2 in Infectious Diseases. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Required:
