This role is responsible for prescription verification, quality assurance, technician oversight, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and operational standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

Verify prescriptions and prescription data entered into the pharmacy computer system for accuracy Perform final quality checks on medications prior to packaging and shipment Oversee pharmacy technicians and inventory personnel to ensure workflow efficiency and accuracy Organize workload, prioritize assignments, and complete tasks within established timelines Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Support department quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives Work within a fulfillment and production environment focused on accuracy and patient safety Assist with operational processes involving pharmacy automation and robotic systems Maintain professional communication and collaboration across pharmacy operations Perform duties in a standing and walking environment for the majority of the shift

Required Qualifications:

Active Pharmacist license in good standing in both New Jersey and New York 1+ years of experience working as a licensed Pharmacist Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems Ability to create, edit, save, and send documents using Microsoft Word Experience using Outlook and conducting internet searches Ability to work the designated shift schedule and flexible hours as needed Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
