Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire This direct hire opportunity is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services. The role demands a detail-oriented professional to ensure safe and effective medication management within a hospital setting. Ideal candidates will bring strong clinical knowledge along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and optimize patient outcomes.

Grants, NM Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense medications to inpatients according to prescribed orders Monitor medication therapies and review patient profiles for potential drug interactions or contraindications Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication plans Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality assurance programs Provide education and counseling to patients and healthcare staff on medication use and administration
Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist with current state licensure Proven experience in inpatient pharmacy practice Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and hospital pharmacy procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
