HIV/AIDS
pharmacy services. This direct hire opportunity offers a pivotal role overseeing pharmacy operations while contributing to innovative clinical services tailored to improve patient outcomes. The position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for serving vulnerable populations and advancing pharmacy practice within a patient-centered environment.

Henderson, NV Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
8:30 AM - 5:30
PM Tuesday:
10:00 AM - 7:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy requirements. Lead operational and clinical activities to maintain cutting-edge pharmacy services. Foster collaboration with colleagues, sharing expertise and best practices across multiple locations. Uphold pharmacy core values and mission in all initiatives. Adapt quickly within a dynamic team environment to enhance patient and employee experiences. Participate in internal and external meetings, including conferences and training sessions.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of retail or specialty pharmacy management experience; 10+ years preferred. Solid foundation in
HIV/AIDS
medications; specialized training will be provided to strengthen expertise. Strong communication and leadership skills essential. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and lifestyles. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace. Experience exclusively in hospital pharmacy settings is not suitable for this role.
