Las Vegas, NV 89106 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Part-Time Pharmacist to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications to patients accurately and efficiently, providing expert advice on drug interactions and proper medication usage, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with legal and company standards. Review prescriptions for completeness, accuracy, and potential drug interactions. Provide counseling to patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and storage. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication therapy. Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations. Manage inventory and order medications as needed to maintain stock levels. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Nevada. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, their effects, and interactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous retail or clinical pharmacy experience preferred. Work Schedule This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview process.
