Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract A 13-week contract opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist on the night shift at a 175-bed hospital. The position offers a schedule of 7 nights on, 7 nights off, working 10-hour shifts. Immediate start is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations Collaborate with physicians and nurses providing pharmaceutical consultations Manage pharmacokinetics and ensure optimal medication therapy management Utilize IT systems including EPIC and Pyxis for documentation and medication dispensing

Qualifications:

Active Nevada pharmacist license required Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred Ability to effectively work overnight shifts Strong communication skills and attention to detail
