Prepare, dispense, and provide consultation on prescription medications Monitor patient medication therapies and provide clinical recommendations Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation Educate patients and healthcare teams about medication therapy and safety
Contract Details:
