This contract opportunity requires a professional pharmacist to ensure continuity of medication dispensing and patient care. The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with typical hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and potential flexibility for a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift. This assignment is expected to last for a minimum of two months.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately fill and dispense medications according to prescriptions Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes Assist in managing inventory and medication storage protocols Provide excellent patient service and counseling as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

State pharmacist license in good standing from any U.S. state Minimum of 1-2 years' professional pharmacy experience Preference given to candidates with federal clearance Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and efficiently within scheduled hours
