Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid New York State Pharmacist License PGY1 residency completion or extensive experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting Strong attention to detail and adherence to pharmacy practice standards Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
