A healthcare organization is seeking a Pharmacist to join its inpatient mental health team in Syracuse, New York. The role supports medication review, dispensing, and monitoring across inpatient and outpatient services in a collaborative clinical setting.  About the

Inpatient mental health
Responsibilities:
Review, dispense, and monitor inpatient and outpatient medications Prepare IV admixtures and maintain accurate medication records Provide drug information and medication counseling to patients and families Supervise pharmacy aides and support safe pharmacy operations Participate in performance improvement and medication therapy data activities
Qualifications:
Active NYS Pharmacist license Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited institution 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacist in an inpatient setting
Desired Skills:
Bilingual Experience in a Mental Health setting
