Key Responsibilities:

Accurately verify and dispense medications, including proper dosing, labeling, and handling of IV and controlled substances Monitor patient profiles for drug interactions, allergies, and resolve medication-related issues in collaboration with healthcare teams Provide drug information and clinical support to medical staff Prepare sterile products following USP guidelines, including IV admixtures and sterile compounding Manage pharmacy operations including inventory control, regulatory compliance, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current New York Pharmacist License is required PGY1 residency or strong inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred Solid understanding of pharmacy operations and medication safety protocols Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
