Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to control inventory, track weekly sales, and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand while maximizing profits. Accurately weigh, measure, and mix drugs and medical compounds; fill prescriptions with the correct quantities and compositions. Dispense both prescription and non-prescription medications and provide informed advice to self-medicating customers. Maintain clear communication with healthcare providers and insurance professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Administer patient immunizations regularly. When necessary, manage pharmacy associates by scheduling, recognizing performance, disciplining as required, and assigning work efficiently to meet company goals.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.

D. degree required. Valid New York Pharmacist License in good standing. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team.
