We're seeking skilled and motivated Staff Pharmacists to support patient care across evening, overnight, full-time, and per diem schedules. This role offers meaningful clinical involvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a respected teaching environment. Key Responsibilities Verify and dispense medications with a strong focus on safety and accuracy Counsel patients on medication therapy, side effects, and interactions Compound and prepare medications in compliance with safety standards Administer and monitor IV infusions and therapeutic outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Emergency Services and Pain Management Manage medication inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels Perform medication therapy management to optimize patient care Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements Participate in pharmacy education and residency programs Qualifications B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.

D. from an accredited institution Active New York State Pharmacist license Prior hospital or pharmacy experience preferred Experience with sterile compounding and IV therapies Knowledge of hospital inventory management systems Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
