Monday through Friday Key Responsibilities Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for Ohio and additional non-resident state licenses Ensure compliance with FDA, DEA, State Boards of Pharmacy, and Section 503B regulations Maintain pharmacist and facility licensure across multiple states Lead Board of Pharmacy, FDA, and DEA inspections and represent the facility during regulatory meetings Develop, review, and maintain SOPs and training programs Oversee regulatory reporting, recalls, complaints, and quality investigations Provide regulatory guidance across cross-functional teams Manage QA/QC activities including batch record review, deviations, and environmental monitoring Oversee validation activities for equipment, systems, and processes Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) Review and approve change controls, labeling, and annual product reviews Manage vendor qualification, incoming materials, and reserve sampling programs Analyze environmental monitoring and present quality metrics to leadership Qualifications Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Minimum 5 years of leadership managing pharmacy teams Experience with multi-state licensure preferred Strong knowledge of c
