Pharmacist (Part-Time) Enexia Pharmacy - 4.3 Canton, OH Job Details Full-time $60 - $65 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Prescription labeling Sales Patient service Licensed Pharmacist (State-Specific) Team management Prescription verification Licensed Pharmacist Pharmacy operations Full Job Description The primary purpose of this position is to assist customers with their health care needs by filling prescriptions and providing excellent customer service and assisting with supervising Pharmacy associates. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. Oversee and perform daily pharmacy operations and oversight of all matters occurring within the pharmacy, including pharmacy security and safe work habits. Responsible for managing and coordinating all Pharmacy matters for both pharmacy and facilities staff. Review prescriptions and patient information to assure accuracy, to ascertain the needed ingredients, and to evaluate their suitability Plan, implement, or maintain procedures for mixing, packaging, or labeling pharmaceuticals, according to policy and legal requirements, to ensure quality, security, and proper disposal Supervise Pharmacy staff to operate an efficient pharmacy and execute against the district/company business plans/objectives to achieve sales, script growth, margin and profitability and hold entire team accountable. Lead in providing excellent customer service. Handle and process employee and customer complaints and grievances and use independent judgment and discretion to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct annual and ongoing performance appraisals and provide performance input to Pharmacy personnel.
