JOB SUMMARY

Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders. Monitors patient therapies. Acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals. Supervises and directs support personnel. m resolution process of the organization

Regulatory Requirements:

Current Pharmacist licensure in good standing in the

State of Ohio Education Requirements:

Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent

Experience:

Inpatient Health System, Ambulatory Medication Management or Retail Pharmacy experience preferred based on pharmacy practice site (inpatient, MMC or retail pharmacy).
