Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A full-time infusion pharmacist role is available at a growing healthcare provider located near Grove City, OH. This direct hire position offers an opportunity to apply clinical pharmacy expertise in an infusion setting while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team focused on exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include compounding, dispensing, and clinically monitoring chronic and acute infusion therapies prescribed by licensed practitioners. The pharmacist will comply with all regulatory standards and provide direct supervision to pharmacy technicians and support staff. Working closely with nursing, admissions, reimbursement, sales, and marketing teams, the pharmacist ensures a patient-centered, efficient workflow and optimal outcomes. Additional duties include supporting quality assurance initiatives, training new staff and interns, assisting with clinical marketing efforts, managing inventory and procurement compliance, and providing pharmacy on-call support to customers.

Qualified candidates will bring:

Licensure as a Pharmacist with a valid state license Experience in infusion pharmacy is strongly preferred; specialty pharmacy experience will also be considered Knowledge of USP 797 and USP 800 standards, and state board of pharmacy regulations Ability to provide clinical supervision and collaborate across teams Strong commitment to high-touch patient care and quality improvement

Schedule & Location:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with schedule flexibility required Pharmacy location disclosed during vetting process (near Grove City, OH)
