Job Description

Staff Pharmacist Job Summary:
dispenses medications accurately and supervises pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and effective drug use for patients
Responsibilities and Duties:
Key responsibilities include preparing prescriptions, counseling patients on medication use and side effects, collaborating with other healthcare providers, managing inventory, and complying with legal and regulatory standards. They also train and supervise pharmacy technicians and conduct quality control checks.
Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist with a valid state license Proven experience as a Retail Pharmacist or similar role Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, dosage forms, and drug interactions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with precision and attention to detail Knowledge of pharmacy software and technology Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$105,000.00 - $136,000.00 per year
