Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced interim Pharmacy Manager to oversee operations at a small Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital in Muskogee, OK. This contract role combines hands-on staffing responsibilities with leadership duties, requiring the ability to serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC).

This position requires a licensed pharmacist with hospital experience who is ready to fill a full-time role immediately. You will lead the pharmacy department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while maintaining high-quality pharmaceutical services. The role offers a unique blend of direct patient care and pharmacy management within a smaller hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and manage all aspects of pharmacy operations Oversee staff pharmacists and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care and medication management Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Manage inventory and medication distribution for the facility
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
