Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire This opportunity is for a Clinical Pharmacist position based in a 100-bed community hospital located approximately 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City. The role involves working day shifts in a supportive environment utilizing Meditech as the primary IT system. Responsibilities include order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, managing pharmacokinetics, and consulting with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care. Active collaboration and communication with healthcare teams are essential to ensure safe and effective medication management.
Preferred qualifications and experience include:
Valid Oklahoma pharmacist license Experience in a hospital or clinical setting Strong skills in medication verification and pharmacokinetics Ability to lead and supervise pharmacy technicians effectively Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
