Details:

Evening shift - 1pm-9pm Weekend rotation approx every 7th week Pharm D preferred Hospital experience preferred, but not required

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for compounding and dispensing medications to hospital customers and employees as prescribed. Provides drug information and education to internal and external customers. Other duties as listed below.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of school or college of pharmacy accredited by American council on pharmaceutical education. Current license to practice in Oklahoma. Maintenance of license through approved continuing education courses.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to talk and converse distinctly with others in person and over the phone. Able to walk/stand for extended periods, some lifting. Able to reach, pull, push, bend, stoop, and kneel. Demonstrates adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to read/write, discern small objects, to accurately fill orders. Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections. Must have strength/stamina to deal with stressful situations. Adequate fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to type and accurately fill orders.
