Travel Inpatient Pharmacist jobs in Astoria, OR start in June 2026 on a 13-week contract, working four 10-hour shifts from 7:30am to 6pm with 40 hours per week. You must have a current Oregon Pharmacist License and BLS Certification through the American Heart Association. Hospital inpatient pharmacist experience is required, and sterile compounding and Cerner experience are preferred. As an inpatient pharmacist, you will review and verify medication orders, prepare and dispense medications, monitor patient therapies, and collaborate with healthcare teams. You will participate in multidisciplinary rounds, supervise pharmacy technicians, and manage medication inventory.
