Outpatient Infusion Pharmacist Location:

Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Outpatient Infusion Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Hood River, Oregon. This opportunity offers a consistent daytime schedule with no weekends or on-call responsibilities. Both experienced travel pharmacists and first-time travelers with outpatient infusion or sterile compounding experience are encouraged to apply. Contract Highlights Immediate billable hours from Day 1 No Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) Day Shift Schedule No Weekend Requirements No On-Call Responsibilities Structured Block Scheduling Key Responsibilities Review, verify, compound, and dispense outpatient infusion medications. Prepare oncology and non-oncology infusion therapies in compliance with USP <797> and USP <800> standards. Monitor medication orders for accuracy, dosing appropriateness, allergies, and drug interactions. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and infusion center staff regarding medication therapy management. Provide clinical consultation related to drug compatibility, stability, and administration requirements. Utilize Epic and Willow Ambulatory systems for order verification and documentation. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Support inventory management and medication safety initiatives. Required Qualifications Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh/PharmD) . Minimum 1 year of Outpatient Infusion, Oncology Infusion, or Cleanroom Pharmacy experience . Experience with sterile compounding and infusion medications. Proficiency with Epic EMR . Strong clinical knowledge of infusion therapies and medication safety practices.
