Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist in Bend, OR, on a 6+ week contract starting June 22nd. This role involves dispensing medications prescribed by healthcare professionals and offering detailed information to customers regarding proper medication use. The position emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and maintaining efficient pharmacy operations.
Location:
Bend, OR Schedule/Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers Provide clear, informative guidance to customers regarding their medications and usage Ensure superior customer service and address any medication-related inquiries Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Qualifications:
Valid Oregon Pharmacist license required Previous experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and healthcare teams
