Job Description

We are seeking per diem Pharmacists to join our team in the Bend area. Licensed Pharmacist with 1+ years of experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide medication counseling Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapy Review and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness Monitor patient medication profiles for potential drug interactions or contraindications Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including medication histories and allergies Educate patients on the proper use and storage of medications Stay updated on new drugs, treatments, and regulations in the field of pharmacy
Requirements:
Current Pharmacist License Minimum 1 year working as a Pharmacist Strong communication and organizational skills
