Job Description

Requirements PharmD required Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh) Minimum 5 years RECENT hospital pharmacy experience Recent oncology pharmacy experience required Chemotherapy medication preparation required Hazardous drug compounding experience required Facility 15-bed Critical Access Hospital using Epic EMR with a small collaborative pharmacy team located on the southern Oregon coast. The pharmacist will verify medication orders, prepare chemotherapy medications, compound hazardous drugs, and collaborate with oncology nurses and providers to support infusion patients in a hospital pharmacy setting.

June Contract:
26 weeks
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
