Schedule Notes:
Rare weekend coverage (a few times per year) Required Qualifications PharmD required Active Pharmacist License in OR, WA, or CA required PGY-1 Residency OR equivalent clinical experience required Minimum 3 years managed care experience (prior authorization, audits, appeals, drug utilization review, etc.) Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy, pharmacotherapy, and evidence-based medicine Experience with pharmacy claims systems and managed care workflows Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools Experience in medication therapy management (MTM) and population health preferred Job Responsibilities Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication therapy management (MTM) support Evaluate medication-related problems and develop patient-specific care plans Conduct drug utilization reviews and support prior authorization processes Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers on therapy decisions Support clinical policy development and Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committee work Monitor medication outcomes and ensure evidence-based therapy recommendations Provide education to healthcare providers and internal teams Participate in quality improvement and pharmacy program development Analyze clinical and claims data to support pharmacy interventions Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards For more details contact at About Navitas Healthcare , LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
