Outpatient Infusion Center Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Infusion Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Hood River, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have recent outpatient infusion pharmacy experience and an active Oregon pharmacist license. Requirements Active Oregon Pharmacist License (OR LIC) Recent Outpatient Infusion Pharmacy experience required First-time travelers accepted Strong clinical and patient care skills Experience with Epic EMR preferred Assignment Details Day shift schedule: 4x10s Block scheduling available No weekends required No on-call requirements No floating between units Expected ratio: 1 pharmacist to 20 patients 48-hour workweeks not approved Facility Highlights Critical Access Hospital / Level III Trauma Center 25 staffed beds Teaching hospital Epic charting system Free parking Any scrub color permitted TSHL01

Pay:

$2,720.00 - $2,920.00 per week
