Outpatient Infusion Hood River, OR Duration:

Weeks Shift:
Days, 4x10s (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Must have reliable transportation Key Requirements Oregon Pharmacist License required Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience Outpatient Infusion experience required (hard stop) BLS preferred Epic experience preferred First-time travelers accepted Facility Details Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital Critical Access / Level III Trauma Center 25 staffed beds Teaching Hospital Free parking Schedule & Call No weekends No call Block scheduling available No floating required for this position 48-hour schedules not approved Patient Care Areas Outpatient Infusion Med Surg Labor & Delivery Emergency Department Preferred Experience Chemotherapy/Hazardous Drug handling
Pyxis Home Health Infusion Pay:
$65.00 - $72.00 per hour
