Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety. Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient pharmacy operations. Consult with physicians and healthcare team members regarding medication therapy. Manage pharmacokinetics and clinical dosing adjustments. Utilize IT systems such as EPIC and Pyxis to support pharmacy workflows.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license. Approximately 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clinical staff. Proficiency with electronic medical records and automated medication dispensing systems.
