Responsibilities:

Collaborate with store operations to engage associates and communicate department and company strategies. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all prescriptions through Drug Utilization Review and final quality assurance. Manage inventory, track sales, and order pharmaceuticals to meet customer demands and maximize profitability. Align department performance with key metrics to optimize effectiveness and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and offering healthcare counseling. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, overseeing training, coaching, and discipline. Maintain pharmacy security and a clean, organized workspace. Interact with healthcare providers to resolve prescription-related issues. Prioritize and complete pharmacy tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call processing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree. Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License. Current Pennsylvania Immunization License. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and develop pharmacy staff.

Schedule:

Approximately 69 hours bi-weekly. Shifts vary between 9:00 AM-7:00 PM (10-hour shifts), 9:00 AM-8:00 PM (11-hour shifts), and 8:00 AM-8:00 PM or 9:00 AM-9:00 PM (12-hour shifts).
